Pornography often encourages us to engage in risky instances that do not always require consent, verbal exchange or safety. These could in all probability cause sexual abuse, pedophilia, or other types of sex crimes. Some of these behaviors are also eroticized, meaning they're made to be visually fascinating. Examples include violent scenes and photographs of sexual assault used to illicit an arousal response in viewers. Porn sites also teach women how to interact in additional daring acts, which may end up in injury and even death. Be wary though; some of these activities could prove fatal. Another abilities risk is the normalization of sexual attraction against infants. This could have unsafe consequences for both kids and adults. Prostasia, as an example, advocates the use of porn dolls that seem like young toddlers and funds research into "fable sexual outlets" for pedophiles. These agencies are leading men and women away from God's life-giving design for human sexuality as one man and one woman married for life. They teach people to view women as objects to be exploited for a sexual high instead of image bearers to be valued and cared for with love and trust.

The Antipornography Civil Rights Ordinance (also referred to as the Dworkin-MacKinnon Antipornography Ordinance) was a proposal by radical feminists in opposition t pornography. The Antipornography Civil Rights Ordinance would allow harmed women to seek damages in civil courts. Unlike classic obscenity laws, which try to suppress pornography through prison consequences, anti-pornography legislation is designed to offer protection to women's civil rights, including the proper to privacy. MacKinnon argues that porn is a contravention of women's civil and human rights.
