Many Japanese women and men work in the legal limitations of the sex industry. However, this career has been subjected to a range of social and political influences. This means that Western conceptions of sex aren't essentially relevant to Japanese tradition and thought. Nevertheless, Japanese women aren't proof against social prejudice and this can help explain their lack of vocal resistance. A recent study aimed to examine how sexual schooling could impact attitudes in opposition t sex. A total of 502 highschool students in Shiga prefecture took part. The participants were asked to finished a questionnaire survey and attend lectures by midwives affiliated with Shiga University of Medical Science. This was followed by correspondence analyses. The study also tested the effects of various socio-cultural background on attitudes in opposition t sex. Japan underwent profound socio-cultural changes in the 20 th century that have shaped the early years of adolescence in different ways. These influences have had a lasting effect on attitudes.
