People often act out to handle boredom. This article will accept as true with the explanation why and how to combat it. The best way to try this is to replace the boring task with a more appealing undertaking. In this study, members were presented with a test a number of video-related pseudo-tasks. For instance, a two-back task was given to contributors. Interestingly, the 2-back task was a great way to deflate attention in the short-term. However, a greater task was consequently devised. A study performed at the University of Wisconsin-Madison tested the most beneficial way to stimulate media multitasking. In the resulting test, researchers used three samples from Hungary. They tested the effects of the aforementioned video-related pseudo-tasks, a simulated task and a familiar multitasking endeavor. Results were mixed.
