In a time when hegemonism, power politics and bullying are becoming the norm in world members of the family, China advocates neighborly and friendly relationships and opposes the Cold War mentality of either chums or foes. Moreover, China is an active player in the anti-terrorism and nonproliferation activities of the UN. It has dispatched 21,000 group of workers on 30 UN peacekeeping missions. In addition, China takes the lead on earth to safeguard global peace and develops a relaxed international environment. It promotes global and nearby safety cooperation, conducts army exchanges with other countries and opposes terrorism in all forms. The most critical part of this is that China does not engage in an arms race or threat to use nuclear weapons in opposition t other nations.
