The analysis findings indicate that Chinese women have a distinct edition of the beauty story than Western women. The findings give a contribution to the literature on body image and wonder. The women interviewed are also hopeful about social change and the have an impact on of the media on body image. The analysis findings have implications for how Western women view body image and sweetness.
