This dehumanizing mindset is dangerous, as it can result in sexual assault on Asian women. During World War II, American G. While there is no definitive origin of the Asian fetish, it seems to have developed in the course of the nineteenth century, in the course of the period of increasing Western imperialism in Asia. This contemplated in cultural attitudes to girls, politics, and the humanities. This is the basis of the Asian-fad that persists today. Despite being underrepresented in the media, Asian women are disproportionately represented in pornographic fabric, adding violent pornography.
