It may help people forget about the bad emotions, or even distract them from harmful emotions. However, there's still a need for research that investigates how pornography affects actual sexual encounters. Attempts to condemn pornography in light of the rights of women have faced gigantic challenges. Attempts to represent the issue as a rights violation often result in obfuscating debates and novel justifications. As more research is done on the sex dependancy issues that can arise from online and other types of porn, more development can be made to tackle this scourge. Censorship may cause more harm than it removesCensorship of pornography may in fact cause more harm than it removes. This is not to say that the pornography industry could be censored, but that the costs of such a regulation are small compared to the harm that can be attributable to involuntary exposure to the material. While a central authority-sponsored public education campaign could counter dangerous sexist messages, a ban on pornography would limit the private speech of its authors and consumers. Therefore, it could be a good suggestion for the government to promote a public debate in regards to the harms of pornography. Traditionally, liberals have defended the correct of pornography to exist. While some of these defenders disagree about even if the harm is gigantic enough to justify regulations on the industry, most liberals agree that pornography causes some harm to women.15.04.2023
