How Chinese Girls Watch Porn MoviesThis research focuses on the ways in which young Chinese women adventure pornography. It uses eight semi-based individual interviews with young Chinese women aged 22 to 27 years. Most of the members are postgraduate scholars at the University of Leicester, while one is a operating expert in London. Participants included both consumers and non-patrons of pornography. The effects from the interviews discovered five interrelated themes:China's anti-pornography campaignChina's anti-pornography initiative aims to combat pornography and pornographic movies in China. The crusade started this month and could last until November. It follows the recent crackdown on Wechat, where dozens of accounts were shut down after spreading pornographic news and photographs.
