This new law is a step toward more western-style censorship. While it limits the amount of nudity, it is also more strict in coping with rape and sexual violence. While the hot law is not totally enforceable, it does suggest that Japan is making the move to become more Western. The new law in Japan requires that teens obtain parental approval before they begin making pornography. It also gives them the proper to rescind contracts and ask porn video makers to take down their videos.
