In a series that shows Bella dealing with her first porn shoot, we see her signing bureaucracy and speaking about sexual logistics. It's an illuminating glimpse into the inventive system. Pleasure's depiction of porn is not without its controversy. Although the film is a satire of the porn industry, there are some disturbing scenes. For instance, the film refers to porn agents as pimps. The film is not with out its share of horror stories, however the film does do a good job of evoking empathy. Although Pleasure doesn't make hard judgments about the industry, it does raise a few appealing questions in regards to the treatment of marginalized employees. The film's observations may be utilized to the mainstream American film industry, which frequently treats sexual harassment and sexual attack as labor issues. This may be one explanation why the porn industry is so frightened of outside scrutiny. Regulators often use this guise of "fear" as a ploy to shut down the industry. Pleasure's portrayal of the porn world raises important questions in regards to the remedy of sex workers.
