Those who agree with strongly in Hinduism and their national identity also place a high importance on speaking Hindi and being Hindu. These Hindus are especially vulnerable to devout segregation. There are quite a few non-public rituals performed in Hindu cultures, but the most critical one is the Hindu wedding. These marriages have identical ritual grammar. In a Daiva marriage, the daddy gives his daughter to a priest, while in an Arsha marriage, the groom gives his cow or bull to his father. The Hindu tradition also places a high top rate on sons.
