Women in Trouble was directed by Sebastian Gutierrez, and was an entertaining and naughty ensemble comedy that tapped into the female fable genre. This sequel is similarly a romp, but it's far less engaging. In addition to being a disposable romp, it also wastes the time and talent of an exquisite cast. The story is crammed with subplots and characters that are just loosely linked to one an alternative. It's also stuffed with universal indie quirks. This film isn't nearly as good as its predecessor, but it still has its share of cheesy moments. The spoofing of porn movies is hilarious, and the chemistry between Gordon-Levitt and Gugino is nice. Gugino, as Elektra's twin sister, balances the silliness with the heat of the female individual. While the segments involving Palicki and Chriqui are particularly painful to monitor, Moore and Olyphant are solid. TigerTiger is a prolific female porn star. She has worked with many adult film studios, adding Filmco and VCA, and is a very gifted actress.
